Dina brings a customer-first perspective to the complex world of call deliverability and number reputation. In her role at ARMOR®, she works directly with customers to help them navigate spam flags, understand their call data, and get more out of the platform.
Before joining ARMOR®, Dina spent nearly four years at Hiya Inc., one of the leading spam analytics engines in the industry, where she worked across customer success and support roles, developing a deep understanding of how carrier and analytics systems evaluate outbound calls. That firsthand experience informs how she helps ARMOR® customers interpret what they're seeing and take the right steps to protect their numbers.
Dina holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
